You may recognize Jassen from his famous social media remodeling company JHolderby Renovations. Raised in Dublin, Ohio and Knoxville, Tennessee. Jassen has always had a passion for the bar and restaurant industry and has a flair for outside the box thinking. He created District 13 based on all the things he didn't like about your average restaurant and bar. Business minded, self-motivated leader with superior work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to any environment or job detail and not afraid to get hands dirty. From Boardroom to Construction site Jassen Holderby has the experience to lead! Comfortable in any environment. Calm, logical decision-maker with strong problem-solving abilities developed from his experience in  managing high volume multimillion-dollar operations as a high level executive. This is what will take District 13 to the next level in the restaurant industry. 

Assistant General Manager

Stunning and wonderful Shana has experience in restaurants and with over 20 years in the fitness industry. Shana is the driving force behind a healthier choice menu. She plans on helping to bring a fitness and healthy minded perspective to District 13. She wants to maintain a standard for the individuals that cant normally eat out due to health problems or the individuals that are fitness buffs. Being a mother of 3, one child with diabetes this helps keep her continually focused on specialty items and addressing the concerns of a parent as well as individuals.  Shana is a great people person which is why you will love your service. Oh and she's married to Jassen so she didn't have much of a choice!
